Are you considering keeping bees? Are you interested in honey and other hive products? Or are you a nature lover who just wants to understand more about bees and their importance?  Betty Mencucci, longtime member of the Rhode Island Beekeeping Association, will talk about the life cycle of bees and share some of the basics of beekeeping. She’ll have lots of things for us to look at. Bring your questions and buzz on over for this fun and informative program. Please register.

Don Tillman, a professor of genetics, sets up a project designed to find him the perfect wife, starting with a questionnaire that has to be adjusted a little as he goes along. The NBF brings books to needy communities and promotes a lifelong love of reading. We’ll gather by the Readers Advisor's Desk and read together. Read for a few minutes or for an hour. Readers who stay for the duration of the Readathon will receive refreshments and free books at the end of the program! Please register.
