for more than 1900 periodicals covering general reference, business, health, education,
general science, multicultural issues and much more. Newspaper Source provides selected full text for nearly
30 national (U.S.) and international newspapers and selected full text for more than 200
regional (U.S.) newspapers as well as television & radio news transcripts.

E Library provides access to the full text of hundreds of popular magazines and scholarly
journals, dozens of current newspapers and news wires, thousands of television and radio
transcripts, thousands of photographs and maps, and hundreds of reference and historical

Provides the full text of articles written by Providence Journal staff writers as
well as obituaries. Updated daily.
Academic
Search Premier (available

Contains indexing for over 8,000 publications, many of them peer-reviewed
journals. Full text is available for more than 4,450 of these titles in subjects
such as biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, psychology, religion & theology, and
more.
Infotrac General Reference

Provides access to full-text and image articles from today's most well-read
general interest magazines, reference books, and newspapers.
Facts on File
World News Digest (1940 - present)

A treasure trove of world news with contemporary accounts
recorded in the tenor of the times by Facts on File news editors. These accounts
reveal important historical details and perceptions that modern researchers otherwise
miss. Also includes a "What Happened that Day?" feature where you enter a
date and pull up a list of major news events that happened that day.
Student Resource Center - Gold
(available from home to all NK
cardholders)
Contains thousands of primary documents, biographies, topical essays, background
information, and critical analyses. Delivers full-text periodicals, newspapers,
journals, pamphlets, radio/television transcripts, and student research tools.
Includes full-text articles from the New York Times back to 1/1/2000. (To get New York Times articles, click on Advanced Search
and limit your search to Newspapers. While your results will include other
newspapers, this method helps narrow down your results considerably.)
