The History of Our Library

Library on Brown St.

The North Kingstown Free Library at 100 Boone St. opened in December of 1975. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of this occasion AND the 60th Anniversary of the Friends of the Library, we have created a short film and a book. Click here to see the film, The North Kingstown Free Library: The First 116 Years. We hope you enjoy it!

Thank you for joining us to celebrate the library's history!
